FoodTech Founders is a startup studio, which means that we partner with entrepreneurs to create businesses. We have no specific criteria (geographical, experience, diploma, etc.) except for sharing strong values. Our business is to bring together the best conditions for the creation and acceleration of projects.To do this, we provide resources and a network of experts.
1. We meet a large number of inspiring entrepreneurs every week. From our discussions stems a shared interest to build a project together.
2. We then present several startup opportunities that we have identified on the market.The future founder chooses the idea he likes.
3. We help him to build his team starting with a co-founder.
4. Together, we develop an MVP and provide him with a community of experts.The startup studio is operational alongside the co-founders until the first round of financing.
5. Once funded, the startup becomes independent and the startup studio remains a shareholder.
The ideas mainly come from the startup studio. They are the result of numerous discussions with experts in the food industry and all match the thesis of FoodTech Founders : the food industry, tech and impact.
Some ideas can also come from entrepreneurs seeking support. We listen to them carefully and agree to join forces if we are convinced.
As a founding partner, the startup studio assumes all of the company’s creation and development costs until its first round of financing. As such, the capital is allocated so that FoodTech Founders owns 30% of the equity.
